Start The ConversationWe came together through the CME Mines Emergency Response Comps in Kalgoorlie over the last few years. Different sites, different companies, all in the same place, swapping knowledge and backing each other in.
Along the way we realised the best learning didn't happen in isolation on our own sites. It happened when we got together. We came together and put together a weekend for that, and not just once a year.
The idea is simple. Step out of the echo chamber of your own site, connect with a wider network, and walk away a better responder for it; because coming together across the industry is where we all grow, share knowledge, and do better.
